The ERL Lightweight Ratchet was developed to provide a lightweight solution to the current ratchets used for rigging on barge tows and to provide a more robust mechanism, protected from the environment and will work when you need it to. The ERL Ratchet provides the same functionality as the current ratchet rigging, with pelican hooks or clevis attachments, and works with the Jonny Bars already on your tow boats or tows.
