Equate PV Valve 2.5"

Pressure Vacuum Relief Valve | ERL Marine

EQUATE PV VALVE DESIGN FEATURES:

ERL’s Equate PV Valve is designed to automatically maintain safe design working pressure and vacuum levels within your tank barge. It remains vapor-tight until set point pressure or vacuum is reached, allowing vapor flow in or out at a rate sufficient to maintain safe levels within your tank barge.

AUTOMATIC OPERATION

Maintain safe design working pressure and vacuum levels automatically within your tank barge. It remains vapor-tight until set point pressure or vacuum overcomes the force of each respective set point spring, allowing vapor to flow out or air to flow in at a rate sufficient to maintain safe levels within your tank barge.

SIMPLE DESIGN

Having very few parts, the Equate PV valve operates with two springs: one to determine the pressure set opening point and the second to determine the vacuum set opening point. A manual test handle allows tankermen to check the pressure ands vacuum sides of the valve. Weather covers easily remove to allow complete valve inspection in minutes. Easy to replace elastomer seals ensure vapor tightness.

100% STAINLESS STEEL & FACTORY TESTED

All components are 300 series stainless steel for extended service life and reduce the need for maintenance. Every Equate PV Valve is 100% factory tested at our state-of-the-art testing facility prior to shipment and is USCG approved.
